Yulu Manor

Construct a comprehensive health and leisure area that integrates tourism, catering, guest rooms, and forest management and maintenance

Base Introduction

Once the “Yulu Estate” cultural-tea-tourism integrated industrial park project is fully completed, the total investment will exceed 300 million yuan. The project is expected to convert over 3,000 mu of tea gardens to organic cultivation; currently, 560 mu have already undergone organic conversion. The tea-tourism complex covers an area of 15.6 mu and will achieve an annual output of 500 tons, generating an annual value of 120 million yuan. It will directly create employment for more than 100 villagers and indirectly enable over 400 people to start businesses and find employment within the industry chain. Moreover, it will help lift more than 200 formerly impoverished households out of poverty and bring over 100 marginal households into the core of the industry, effectively establishing a closed-loop system integrating tea production, tourism, culture, homestays, and rural experience activities. At that time, the village of Dongxiacao will achieve integrated development of its tea and tourism industries through a two-way industrial development model—exporting products while attracting tourists.
